RenewDesk helps motor insurance agents and PUC testing centres track when a customer’s vehicle document expires. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and you do not have to give a reason.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address you registered with, using the subject line
Delete my RenewDesk account. We confirm by email when it is done,
within 7 days.
Sending from your registered address is how we confirm the request is yours. If you cannot, write from any address and we will verify another way before deleting anything — we would rather be slow than delete the wrong person’s book.
What is deleted
- Your account profile — business name, email address, phone number.
- Every record you created: customer name and contact number, vehicle registration and class, policy or certificate number, dates, amounts, insurer and cover details, remarks and follow-up notes.
- The activity timeline of each of those records.
- Your credit balance, purchase history and credit requests.
- Your push-notification token.
- Your referral code and any referrals recorded against you.
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing personally identifying is retained in the live system once deletion is complete.
- Residual copies inside encrypted backups are purged within 90 days, after which nothing remains anywhere.
If we are required to keep a record of a payment for tax or accounting purposes, that record is a transaction amount and date — it holds no customer data from your book.
Deleting one record instead
You do not need to delete your account to remove a single customer. Close the record in the app and it leaves your active list; ask us if you need it erased entirely rather than closed.
