Two trades, two sets of rules
The same desk, but a policy and a certificate are not the same thing.
Insurance
For insurance agents
- Policies carry the insurer, cover type, IDV, premium and policy number.
- The renewal asks for all of them again, because they all change year to year.
- The previous insurer and expiry are recorded automatically, so a break in cover is visible later.
- Due windows are 30, 60 and 90 days.
PUC
For PUC centres
- Certificates run six months, so the pipeline is 7, 15 and 30 days — a 90-day column on a six-month cycle tells you nothing.
- The form asks only for what a certificate actually has.
- The certificate number is optional, because a centre issuing its own often has no reason to type the serial back in.
Run both? One account holds both books, kept separate everywhere — separate lists, separate reports, separate credits — with a switch to move between them.

How it’s paid for
Credits, and nothing else.
One credit per record added, one per renewal. Editing and closing a record are free. Credits are bought from us directly; there is no payment inside the app.
Privacy
Your book stays yours.
RenewDesk does not collect location of any kind — not your phone’s and not your customers’. It records the paperwork on a vehicle and when that paperwork expires. Reminders open in WhatsApp for you to send; the app never messages anyone by itself.
