RentWise lets landlords and property managers track rent, tenants and building
expenses. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time.
How to request deletion
Email us from your registered email address and we'll verify and process the
request within 7 days.
Your account profile (name, email, phone number) and sign-in credentials
The properties, units and tenant records under your account (names, contacts, lease terms, rent)
Your money records — rent invoices, payments, utility and tax charges, and expenses
Maintenance requests, their comments, and any documents you uploaded
Your push-notification token
What is kept
Nothing personally identifying is retained after deletion.
Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
If you are a tenant or manager added to someone else's account,
deleting your login removes your access and personal profile; the property owner
remains the controller of the property records you were associated with.
